"Helping Others is a Way of Thanking God"

18 Sep 2021

The COVID-19 or we call it our "unseen enemy" has posed an unprecedented challenge to the local community workforce of the tourism industry in Bolinao. Travel and mobility restrictions, stay at home orders, social distancing and community lockdowns have resulted in temporary and even permanent closure of many tourism and hospitality businesses in the municipality. Inspite of these circumstances, the Bolinao Business Tourism Association (BBTOA) headed by Atty. Gener Endona showcased that Bayanihan spirit remains alive even as they faced their own personal challenges too.

Today, September 19, 2021, the Association donated 80 packs of relief goods, hygiene supplies, medicines and vitamins, bananas (worth of Php 80,000) for our cababalians who were affected by the COVID-19 especially those in isolation facilities, home quarantine with their families and our frontliners.
This project is part of their relief action program to reach out and extend a helping hand especially those hardest-hit families to uplift their spirit and encourage them to live life and imagine a better and hopeful future after this trying times.

The Local Government of Bolinao headed by our untiring Mayor Alfonso F. Celeste, MD expresses its profoundest gratitude and appreciation to BBTOA for the endless support and assistance to the local government.

Kudos BBTOA, Together, We Rise As One! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
