Teddy Buccat initiated a full-scale simulation exercises within the immediate vicinity concerning crowd control, traffic management, safety and security and strict implementation of the COVID-19 Health and Safety protocols in preparation for the upcoming Oplan Semana Santa and SumVac 2021.
